Knudsen (born 1911), who traveled across the ocean from Europe ( ACROSS THE OCEAN ) to pursue his American dream (AMERICAN DREAM ) and ultimately created the first men's fragrance in the USA in 1957 ( A MAN'S COLOGNE ). Since the first bottle was sold on New York's 46th Street , every bottle of GRAVEL has continued to write its story.
